  • A market leading organization based in the heart of London is looking for a customer aware problem solver to join its team on a 1 week rolling contract. Please only apply for this role if you are available for an immediate start and can telephone interview tomorrow (Friday, 3rd February).

    You will be providing a pro-active customer support service within a busy operational environment and will be responsible for logging, assigning and monitoring calls. In order to be suitable for this role you must have commercial experience with Windows XP Professional and MS Office 2003, coupled with a basic knowledge of networking. Any experience with GroupWise and setting up Blackberry's would be desirable but is by no means essential. This represents an excellent opportunity for a tech savvy professional to join a growing company that invests heavily in its staff.
