  • A multi-site company is looking for a Helpdesk / Desktop Support Analyst for an initial 6 month contract (with possible extension). This position will be mainly providing remote support but will also include some site based work.

    To be considered for this position you must have a full driving licence and have previous experience of providing 1st/2nd line support within a Windows desktop environment.

    Your technical skills will include supporting Windows 2000 and XP, MS Office 2003 and 2007 (using remote control tools when appropriate). Ideally with experience of Windows Server 2003/2008 and Exchange 2007 administration, Citrix and Terminal Server, LAN/WAN, Backup and Antivirus.

    • Initially a 6 month fixed term contract, with possible extension
    • Based in the Maidstone area of Kent
    • Offering a salary of £25,000 to £29,000 (pro rata) depending on experience
