Head of Marketing & Communications

A highly reputed international organisation that has been operating for almost 80 years is looking to recruit a charismatic Marketing and Communications Manager. The successful candidate will report into the CEO and be responsible for all marketing and communications activities as well as managing a marketing team of ten. Duties will include producing and managing plans, researching and identifying new markets, managing internal and external communications, controlling marketing budgets as well as managing the digital marketing campaign.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have previous experience working in a Head of Communications, (Senior) Marketing Manager or similar role. It is essential to have broad marketing skills with particular focus on web/digital marketing, PR and promoting the brand. Any experience of international marketing will be considered highly advantageous, but is not essential. This role will include presenting international vision to a number of CEOs and so outstanding communication skills are essential.

As a member of the Senior Management Team the candidate will be responsible for promoting and growing the reputation of the business.

• Paying a base salary of up to £65,000 plus benefits including pension, healthcare and 23 days holiday
• Located in the Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire (commutable from Bedfordshire, North London as well as parts of Essex and Cambridgeshire)
