  • An established organisation supporting a vibrant and eclectic community in West London is looking for a Head of HR to support their small but dedicated HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be part of a self-funded community project orientated environment. This role would suit a commercially focused, strategic Head of HR heavily involved with change management, employee relations, training, personal development and performance management.

    Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, experienced at managing change and identifying gaps in the provision of HR services and be able to implement initiatives to address such gaps. As part of the senior management team you will propose and oversee organisational and systems changes as well as manage the HR budget on an annual basis.

    This role is paying a starting salary of between £50,000 depending on skills and experience and will suit someone with previous experience as either a Head of HR, Senior HR Manager or strategic HR Business Partner.

    • The salary on offer for this position is £50,000 plus benefits which include 25 days holiday, pension, bonus scheme and a 35 hour week.
