  • A longstanding, successful and very profitable service company based Buckinghamshire is seeking a French speaking HR Advisor / HR Officer to join their Global HR Operations team.

    Reporting directly to the Manager for Global HR Operations, you will be providing a wide range of HR support services including:

    · Talent Acquisition

    · Support in legal compliance

    · Metrics and analysis around employee relations experience

    · Reviews of policy changes and enhancements


    You will be working with supporting HR Business Partners and HR Consultants on specific projects providing operational and tactical services.

    To be suitable for this role you must be fluent in French (written as well as spoken) coupled with commercial experience of working with HR in France.

    It is essential you have experience and that you have good knowledge of best practice around legal compliance as well as policy reviews. You must be a confident HR professional with an ability to influence stakeholders. You must have the ability to act as role model to the organisation and the team, sharing knowledge with colleagues and an advocate of change management principles.
