  • This listed, global, 125 year old enterprise are seeking a specialist Finance Director to manage their outsourced finance functions.

    Due to the modular setup of an international business with regional, national and global companies, many finance functions have been outsourced. The business need to recruit a finance specialist to manage and direct the shared services that are provided by a third party.

    The right person for the role will have previously setup and run a financial shared services model AND have experienced rolling out an outsourced finance function. With these two attributes, a professional accounts qualification and demonstrable experience of supplier negotiation and management, the incumbent will embed a new culture across the firm. This role will involve considerable International travel.

    In addition you must be an expert in reporting using ERP and accounts systems and have extensive change management experience.
