An established global company is looking for a Finance Assistant/Administrator for its busy intercompany finance team.
Working in the City of London, you will be responsible for a range of duties including administrating the automated invoicing system, preparing invoices, resolving invoice queries, preparing revenue batches of cost information for ledger reporting processes and ad hoc administration duties.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional individual that has a good academic history to work within a successful and growing organisation. It will suit a junior candidate with previous experience working in a finance or accounts team within an administrative or assistant capacity.
To be considered for this position you must have the following attributes: - Previous experience working in an administrative role within a finance team- Educated to at least A Level standard, to include mathematics, finance and/or accounting- Excellent communication skills with an analytical/problem-solving approach - Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
