  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a leading construction and engineering consultancy business with over 100 UK offices, to assist them in their search for a new Field Service Engineer. The role will focus on the maintenance of the Microsoft Desktop estate and the associated infrastructure.

    Successful candidates will have sound desktop and laptop hardware diagnostic and resolution skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is also expected and you should be accustomed to identifying basic network issues and resolving cabling issues. Experience of working in an environment observing strict SLA's is required and ideally, you will be familiar with ITIL principles. A full UK driving licence is also required as travel to regional offices is involved in this role.
