Digital Marketing Manager

  • A successful international company that has been operating for nearly 50 years is seeking a Head of Marketing that has significant experience and expert knowledge of the digital marketing world.

    Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and managing a small marketing team, the role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of brand communications across B2B markets for a range of company products and services.

    Within this varied role you will be focusing on demand generation and lead nurturing, managing marketing strategies across online channels, integrating and managing social media tools within communication strategies and managing website optimisation using both natural and paid methods.
    The successful candidate will also be required to work with sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge to effectively generate leads and build customer relations.

    The role will pay a salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on skills and experience. There are also a number of additional benefits including a flexible benefits scheme, accident cover and health insurance.

    To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
    - Expertise and experience in digital marketing techniques with an up to date knowledge of technologies
    - Experience in demand generation and lead nurturing techniques
    - Management experience within a marketing environment
    - Evidence of integrating new/social media into marketing campaigns
    - A background experience of working with email platforms, CRM databases and content managed websites
    - Project management of external agencies
    - A highly motivated and enthusiastic approach with the ability to inspire and direct others around you.
