  • An established company based in Salford, Manchester currently has a 2nd Line Support Analyst opportunity with their team.

    To be suitable for this position you must have an in-depth understanding of networking fundamentals and extensive expertise in one of the following; Exchange 2010, Active Directory or Cisco LAN/IPT. Any experience of LAN/WAN integration projects, managing & deploying Citrix environments, VMWare or NetApp storage platforms would be greatly sought after but not essential. As would any knowledge of ITIL principles or experience working with an IT service desk application.

    The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar Second Line / Desktop Support role with some project work. Any professional qualifications such as MCITP / MSCE / CCNA would be beneficial but not essential.

    • Salary between £25,000 and £27,000 depending on experience
