  • This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and talented Desktop Support Analyst to join a firmly established and well recognised not for profit organisation based in North London.

    Joining a team on the Service desk, this role would suit a good communicator who is comfortable supporting users at all levels and within a diverse environment.

    You must have solid previous experience of working within a helpdesk / service desk environment taking calls from users and providing both face to face and remote troubleshooting within appropriate time frames. You will require a flexible approach to your work and be comfortable prioritising within your role.

    Supporting well over a 1000 users throughout the UK you must have experience with the following:

    • Providing hardware & software support

    • Repair, installation, imaging and upgrades to PC's

    • Troubleshooting problems with ADSL routers & firewalls

    • Supporting MS Office

    • Printers

    • Ant-virus software

    • Offering a salary of up to £24,000 per annum dependent on skills and relevant experience
    • Located in North London (close to Kings Cross)
    • Joining a firmly established and well recognised not for profit organisation
