  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a modern financial provider to assist them in their search for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst / IT Support Analyst.

    Supporting a network of 130 users the successful applicant will provide 1st and 2nd line support and maintain a varied range of hardware including desktops, laptops and printers. Working within a team, you will assist with the maintenance of back-office systems, providing a high quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

    In order to be suitable for this vacancy you must have Windows Server knowledge and previous experience in supporting Windows 7/Windows XP and have experience of Office 2007/2010 installation.

    Good internet and networking knowledge, including switches, routing and printing and an understanding of network services including TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP and DNS is also required.

    The company offers an attractive and highly competitive salary package of £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience. Hours are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
