  • A well-established business based in the heart of Manchester is looking to add an ambitious, proactive individual keen to further their infrastructure and support-based skillset in a very dynamic and growing environment.

    In order to be suitable for this role you MUST have either a degree in a computing discipline or a solid background in IT support. You will initially act as the first point of contact for IT support queries within the business but will gradually assume responsibility for providing server, desktop, and network support.

    A successful candidate will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), be able to support the current technologies (Windows OS, WAN, Active Directory, Thin Clients and Terminal Services) and have a high degree of aptitude.
