  • A market leading organization based in the heart of London is looking for a customer aware problem solver to join its expanding team.

    You will be providing a proactive customer support service within a busy operational environment and will offer deskside and remote 2nd line support. In order to be suitable for this role you must have an excellent understanding of Windows XP Professional, MS Office 2003, coupled with a basic knowledge of networking and Windows Server. In addition to this any experience with Blackberry’s and Citrix would be desirable but is by no means essential.
