Desktop Support Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing business, with offices across the UK. This is a 9 month fixed term contract offering a pro-rata salary of up to £25,000. It is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and your own transport to travel to various offices in the area.

In order to be suitable for this opportunity you MUST be an experienced Desktop Support Analyst with solid 1st / 2nd line support skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Experience of supporting MS Office and Outlook is essential, coupled with experience of basic administration in Active Directory and Exchange. Support of standard laptops, desktops and some peripherals is also expected.

You will be working remoteley to the rest of the internal team, so it is essential that you are able to prioritise and manage workload in a standalone role. Although you will have support from the team, the ideal candidate will have a broad range of technical experience with the ability to solve issues using your own initiative. You must have strong communication skills, both over the phone and in a client facing capacity.

The salary on offer with this role is up to £25,000 pro-rata.
