  • An excellent new opportunity has arisen for a support analyst with cross-platform, Mac and Windows environment experience to join a technical team within a growing and fast paced business.

    In order to be suitable it is essential that you have supported both Apple Mac and Windows / PC in a desktop support role. In addition to Mac and Windows experience you must have solid experience of working to ITIL principles, and an ITIL Foundation Certificate would be a distinct advantage. Standard Microsoft Office and Outlook support experience, coupled with other software packages is expected.

    You must be an experienced 1st and 2nd line support analyst, who will be able to hit the ground running in a busy and small team. You will be required to support users in a multi-site environment, over the phone, logging in remotely and face to face. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus is key to this position.
