  • A new position has become available for an enthusiastic and driven graduate to join the Service Desk of this international specialist business.

    Starting in a junior / trainee role, you will join a dynamic, customer focused and friendly team. You will be working with multiple online products and services, interacting with customers by phone, email and face to face in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for some reporting and data analysis.

    Full training on the company's online products will be provided when you start and in addition to providing support you will also work towards becoming a customer trainer, with your responsibilities being split between support and training. Ultimately you will provide user training to individuals over the phone, on-site and occasionally to larger groups with some of the company's blue-chip clients.

    The support and training you provide will be based around the company website and online tools however, this is not a heavily technical role and as you progress within the business you can hope to move into role with more responsibility such as client account management, project management or similar as there are many different teams within the business.

    To be suitable, Service Desk experience would of course be advantageous, but some form of Customer Service experience may also be sufficient, provided you can demonstrate your ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
