Customer Communications Co-ordinator

This Global Technology player continue to produce excellent results even in these recessionary times. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join their Customer Service team as a Customer Communications Co-ordinator.

The primary purpose of the role is to manage communications to customers in order to improve the customer perception of the company and to ensure that all communications are both timely and appropriate. Also critically to ensure all customer feedback is followed up and results are analysed to best effect.

Duties are numerous and varied but include carrying out site specific proactive communications (e.g. planned preventative maintenance activities) in an effective, timely an efficient manner to ensure that customers are continually kept up to date on necessary actions that might temporarily impact their service delivery. Also managing generic blanket customer communications (e.g. company wide changes in access procedures to all customers) to ensure that important information is communicated in an effective, timely and efficient manner that is well received by customers.

Also you will resolve any customer queries relating to customer communications, and analyse the customer perception gathering results and provide feedback to the wider business on the levels of customer satisfaction and suggested areas for improvement, as well as many others responsibilities.

You will have demonstrable previous communications experience, this will be front line customer relations experience, dealing with key customer accounts and senior executives. Additionally any experience of working in a technology focussed business is advantageous.
