An established Not for Profit organisation is looking for an experienced CRM Manager. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Marketing and work closely with the IT Manager to manage and develop their CRM system. The organisation has recently upgraded their CRM system, so the first priority will be to discuss and provide advice for each departmental manager on how best to use the solution, including making any necessary updates.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience of managing databases for marketing purposes. It is essential to have a successful track record with CRM systems, including liaising with the third party supplier, managing the data, adapting the system to meet new requirements and ideally implementing solutions. The ideal candidate will have some experience within the Not for Profit industry, although this is not essential.
