A market leading engineering organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to cover maternity leave. Please note that my client is looking to have this person in place at the beginning of March.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the Sales Ledger department and ensuring that deadlines are met. Duties include chasing and collecting outstanding debt, reconciliations, producing reports, resolving queries and liaising with internal departments.
In order to be suitable for this position you must have previous Credit Control / Sales Ledger experience, preferably in an engineering or similar industry. You will be competent in using MS Office products, namely Word and Excel. Any previous line management experience would be beneficial as this position will be responsible for supervising an Assistant Credit Controller.
• This role is paying a basic salary of up to £35,000 (pro rata) plus benefits• Maternity cover from beginning March 2010• Located in Camden area, North London
