  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Development Director within a multi national, market leading, media technology services business. Working in a group company of a £100million turnover enterprise, this division is experiencing phenomenal growth of 20 percent year on year.

    You must possess excellent business acumen a good degree in business or finance, preferably a chartered accounting qualification and a background in corporate finance or accountancy,

    To be suitable for this position, you must have previous experience with the following:

    Presenting findings and proposing strategies to the board
    Strategic planning
    Detailed financial analysis
    Market analysis
    Corporate finance
    Mergers and acquisitions
    Financial modelling
    ROI analysis
    Identifying and analysing potential acquisition targets
    Writing business plans
    Analysing capital requirements

    The role requires regular international travel whilst supporting start up companies within the group where you will be delivering financial support on the company boards.

    The position offers a direct opportunity to maximise the growth of the business through analysing financial data and recommending strategies to support rapid expansion.
