  • A well-established global company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Retail & Consumer Marketing department including the retail account managers & customer care function.

    This is a strategic role that will involve developing integrated marketing & brand strategy, assessing & evaluating market information, planning to identify business opportunities, managing and supporting CRM (database marketing) initiatives as well as managing customer care & affiliate operations to ensure greater brand loyalty.

    You will also be largely responsible for directing retail sales activities across the UK & Ireland which will include planning & monitoring budgets, coaching & training the team to ensure business objectives are met. Furthermore, the role will involve managing the CRM database marketing activities, additional online & offline marketing initiatives and product management (forecasting, pricing, budgeting) within a B2B and B2C environment.

    To be suitable for this position you will have proven managerial skills with respect to coaching, development and team building. Ideal candidates will come from a medical or healthcare background with specific expertise in retail sales and CRM (database marketing). You will be data focused with an analytical approach and a good understanding of business processes.

    •The salary for this Consumer Retail Marketing Manager position is circa £75,000 with an excellent benefits package including a £9,000 car allowance, 10-15% bonus and assistance with relocation costs if required.
