  • An international business based in the City of London has an urgent requirement for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to work as part of a global HR team. This position will be responsible for all HR activities including employment, compensation, employee relations and benefits.

    To be suitable for this position you MUST be an experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on compensation and benefits, and have a good generalist knowledge (including employment law). In addition you will have experience of annual salary planning, job evaluation systems (ideally Hay), administrating global bonus and benefit schemes and have some experience of payroll through an external provider (monthly queries & end of year tax requirements).

    The ideal candidate will be a “hands on” manager who is degree certified in a Human Resources related subject and CIPD accredited.

    • Offer a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience, plus benefits (including healthcare, pension and discretionary bonus)
