  • A very large and successful organisation that is based just outside of Coventry in Warwickshire has a requirement for a C# Web Developer to join their team and participate in multiple and ongoing development projects that have arisen as result of a merger.

    In this role the successful candidate will be working alongside a very experienced Technical Business Analyst to consolidate a wide variety of business systems currently performing the same functions into singular business solutions. This role is likely to involve supporting and developing new systems, developing existing systems and at times recycling code / re-writing code. This role is likely to suit someone who sees themself as a strong coder, but going forward it is expected that the successful candidate will take more responsibility in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.

    To be suitable for this role, you will need to have commercial experience as an ASP.Net / C# Developer. In terms of commercial experience, you will probably need about 2 years and be at a stage where your responsibilities around the SDLC are increasing beyond just coding. In addition to your core ASP.Net and C# experience, you must have experience with SQL Server and Visual Studio, ideally VS2010. Any experience with VB.Net, reporting or SharePoint would be highly desirable.
