  • A new opportunity has come about for a talented C# Developer to work with an award winning Birmingham based IT solutions provider.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team of commercially focused professionals, who will both support your development and challenge you to come up with progressive ideas.

    The company has demonstrated continued success and steady growth through turbulent financial times and has multiple long term contracts to deliver software, application and web based solutions for blue chip clients.

    This role will encompass development of the front, middle and database tier of applications. The successful candidate will be working on the full project life cycle and will be involved in analysis, design, development and testing phases for multiple projects from inception to completion within a SCRUM environment.


    In order to be considered for this role you must have solid skills in all or most of the following:

    • Experience developing bespoke applications within the .NET (C#) framework

    • Experience of multi-tier development

    • SQL knowledge, particularly MS SQL 2005/2008

    • Solid ASP.Net experience

    • ADO.Net or Linq to SQL or Entity Framework

    • Full software development lifecycle experience


    Any experience of WPF, WCF and mobile application development i.e. iPhone, Android or Windows 7 would be of an advantage but is certainly not essential.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital in this position as you will be in contact with clients both face to face and on the phone. You will need to be confident working autonomously or as part of a team and have great attention to detail.

    • Offering a basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum dependent on relevant skills & experience
