A dynamic interactive media company which prides itself on delivering a first rate online experience, is looking for an all round software developer to join its team.
In order to be suitable for this role you MUST have an expert understanding of C++ and be capable of mentoring junior members of staff.
You will focus on two key areas for the business. Firstly, leading the internal C++ development team and managing relationships with outsourced developers (Flash and Web). Secondly, you will be required to manage the internal and external IT systems - this includes managing the deployment and integration of systems and managing the small office infrastructure.
This is a fledgling organisation growing at a rapid pace so you will need to be prepared to apply yourself in a number of areas and occasionally work unsociable hours.
