  • This is a 6 week contract opportunity, with a highly successful international business, for an experienced technical business analyst.

    The role will be focused on the analysis and technical documentation of an existing software product with a SQL Server back end. The application was developed without functional specifications or any formal methodology, so this contract will focus on the analysis of the system from it's current functionality. Ultimately, the purpose of the role is to gain a thorough understanding of the product and how it has been developed, produce functional specifications for any necessary enhancements, and enable future developments to be undertaken with a more process and methodology driven approach.

    To be suitable you will need to be well versed in working across the full project lifecycle, with the ability to capture business requirements and put together functional specifications. SQL and XML knowledge is essential, and experience of UI / User Interface design / Usability would be a distinct advantage.

    This is a 6 week contract paying in the region of £300 per day inclusive of entitlements. There may be some flexibility for exceptional candidates.
