  • This global technology company have an urgent need for an experienced BA to join their large team, in their Sussex office.

    Working within a large team you will be primarily responsible for creating functional and technical specifications, and outlining the client’s requirements and their workflow. In addition you will be filtering client issues and feedback to developers and testing to match delivered development to the client requirements.

    The role is quite involved with lots of duties, as well as the usual BA duties you will be providing guidance and information to the sales department and to prospects in a pre-sales environment to make sure achievable expectations are set before the contracts are signed.

    In addition you will work with Line Manager to look at current Business Analysis Processes, Specification Content against Current Industry Standards, and suggest ways to improve quality, processes and methodologies.

    You will be an experienced BA with proven experience of interpreting business rules and requirements for IT Systems, and planning and conducting meetings with enterprise level clients.

    In addition you will have proven experience of working to Time and Budget Estimates and working to tight deadlines, ideally experience of the Software Development life cycle, and an understanding of testing phases and the distinction between system bugs, issues / enhancements and training requests.
