  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a software solutions business to assist in their search for a new Client Facing Business Analyst with a background in Software Solutions. The role will involve the successful candidate in all aspects of business analysis from requirements capture through to Post Implementation Review and will involve some Project Management activity into the bargain.

    Prior experience in a customer facing role, dealing with large, corporate businesses is essential. You will be accustomed to identifying business opportunities and making recommendations for suitable solutions where a need has been highlighted. You should also be comfortable proposing service oriented solutions as well as product based solutions.

    Requirement:

    Previous experience in a customer facing / consultative Business Analysis role
    Experience offering advice regarding technical solutions
    Ability to identify business opportunity
    Full spectrum of Business Analysis skills
            Requirements capture
            Production of Functional Specifications
            Liaison with development teams and customers throughout development lifecycle
            UAT
            Post Implementation Review
            User training and user documentation production
    Project management experience
