  • A market leader in its field is looking to recruit a Creative Assistant / Artwork Administrator to work within their marketing department.

    Please note - This position is a fixed term contract initially for a 6 month period but may be subject to an extension or potentially made into a permanent position.

    To be suitable for this role you will have proven experience of working within a creative/ marketing department in an administrative/junior project manager capacity. Your responsibilities will include managing the workflow in the creative/marketing department from initial brief to finished artwork - scheduling artwork and print requests, trafficking the projects and coordinating requests for print/art work, carrying out proof-reading and managing the sign-offs and resolving ad hoc design and print queries.

    You will be a highly organised Administrator with experience of managing/processing artwork requests within a marketing department. You will be able to manage tight deadlines and be computer literate.

    •This role is paying between £18,000 and £20,000 pro rata plus benefits
    •South West London based with good routes from Waterloo and accessible from the Surrey borders
    •6 month fixed term contract initially with prospects of becoming permanent
