  • My client is a leading major infrastructure services company based in Leeds with a significant international client base. This is a new role for a permanent employee to join their team as an Application Support Specialist.

    Full training will be provided on the specific products that you will be supporting but any experience as a user or supporting FocalPoint or Pocket Survey would be of benefit.


    It is likely that you will come from a Finance/Accountancy background with a strong interest in IT or from an IT background with application support experience. Ideally you will have had experience supporting business applications or working as a systems accountant.
    Experience with SQL databases and functions - queries, views, stored procedures - would strongly support your application.

    This position requires working with business users to provide application support and product customisations, maintenance, amendments and tailoring. The role would be suited to an individual who is able to interpret business requirements and build good relationships with the business.

    • Your own car and Driving license is essential to be considered for this position
    • Basic salary of £25-30,000 per annum dependent on relevant experience
