This is an exciting contract that is ideal for an individual experienced with application support Bespoke or off the shelf. Ideally this will have included supporting REMEDY or a CRM system or Asset management system. Previous experience of working on a project providing support for a multi-site application roll out project would strongly benefit your application.
You will need to be confident putting together support processes and procedures from scratch and then providing application support both remotely and face to face. It is also expected that you have experience providing documentation for users including things like FAQ s and helpful tips and hints documents.
As you will be liaising with users at all levels within the company and all levels of experience it is essential that you are an excellent communicator with a flexible and professional approach to your work. You will need to be comfortable working closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) and testing team to pass on user feedback and highlight any problems, concerns or recommendations for ongoing development. As this is a European Project remote application support will be required so you MUST be happy to work shifts - including evenings and possibly weekends.
