  • A corporate city based firm is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join its professional team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have broad technical experience, allied to excellent customer relationship skills. The working environment is fast paced and geared towards creative problem solvers who thrive under pressure.

    In order to be suitable for this second level software support role you MUST have experience supporting web browser and Java VM platforms: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. You will also have a very good understanding of key internet protocols and corporate level security policies. You will be supporting web-based high availability services and will play a critical role in ensuring their smooth and efficient delivery.
