  • An excellent opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded professional firm.

    Working in a Microsoft environment, this role is responsible for responding to escalated incidents based around a core business application. 60% of your role will focus on the application support of a bespoke, in-house application, with the remainder of the role dealing with more standard 3rd line support issues. There will be 2 major upgrades each year and this is an enterprise environment with a user community of around 3000.

    To be suitable for this opportunity you must have experience of supporting applications at 3rd line in an enterprise environment. You will be investigating and documenting issues, creating, testing and deploying fixes, all adhering to strict change-control processes.

    The ideal candidate will have some SQL experience, but the core experience the business is looking for is solid MS Office 2007/2010 knowledge, Windows XP/7, Exchange application packaging (SCCM, WISE etc), business application support and experience of providing support in a large business. Any mobile devices support would be a benefit.

    The salary on offer with this role is up to £35,000 plus a flexible benefits package. You will be working in new modern offices with a hugely supportive and friendly team.
