  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Support Analyst with experience of supporting an ERP application in a remote and client-facing capacity.

    In order to be suitable you MUST have strong application support skills, preferrably with experience of providing support to a similar ERP system. You will be taking calls over the phone and remoting into users PC's to resolve issues, occasionally visiting the user at the deskside to provide training and additional support where required.

    The system is multisite and industry specific, therefore previous experience of this type of bespoke application will enhance your chances.

    It is essential that you have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of a business.
    • £25,000 depending upon experience
    • Based in Hitchen, Hertfordshire
    • Two year fixed term contract
