  • A well respected Insurance Solutions company based in the heart of Central London's old financial district this is an excellent opportunity to join an established and stable team.
    They are looking for an Insurance Broking Accounts Administrator with prior experience of working within an Accounts department or Finance department of an insurance provider or insurance broker. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, accurate and with excellent communication skills.

    You MUST have a solid understanding of insurance accounting processes (please ensure this is evident on your CV).
    The overall purpose of this role is to be responsible for the reconciliation of insurance company accounts and to assist with the insurance broking ledger functions.

    Solid SAGE Accounting systems knowledge will be required (please ensure this is evident on your CV), you will need to be comfortable with Excel and have a sound understanding of bookkeeping principles.

    The successful candidate will be required to assist in underwriter account activities including the reconciliation of insurance company accounts, dealing with account queries and resolution, problem solving and analysis.
    There will also be an element of cashier and basic credit control including processing receipts, payments and bank reconciliations, collection of due balances and dealing with broker account queries.

    • £20-30,000 per annum dependent on relevant experience
