  • My client is a long established and leading organisation who has an urgent requirement for a Technical Support Manager to provide both hands-on IT support and manage the IT team, providing support across over 10 local sites.

    To be suitable for this position you will have previous experience with installing, configuring, troubleshooting, upgrading, maintaining and supporting various IT hardware and software systems. This will include Windows 2008 Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, virtual servers, backup strategies, anti virus software, LAN & WAN systems, and PC & server hardware.

    You will also be responsible for managing the IT team, setting the SLA’s and KPI’s, budgeting, managing the 3rd party suppliers, team performance management, and future IT strategic planning.
