  • An excellent new opportunity has arisen with the 3rd line support team of a leading service provider.

    Supporting a range of large enterprise-scale businesses, you will be responsible for providing remote 3rd level support in a Microsoft environment.

    In order to be suitable you must be working towards, or have completed your MCIPT, as a minimum you will need to hold an MCSE to be considered for this opportunity.

    In addition to a Microsoft qualification, you must also be able to demonstrate strong skills in the following: Windows Server and Exchange administration, Citrix Presentation Server, Terminal Services, VMWare, SQL Server, Lotus Domino and various backup, anti-virus and security applications.

    You will be working in a team of four, as the escalation point from a 1st/2nd level team. The teams work closely together to ensure the best level of service is delivered to their clients. The ideal candidate will have some experience of working for a service provider/consultancy, with experience of supporting a range of different clients. Your communication skills, both written and verbal must be impeccable as all support delivered by this team is remote.
