"I had never heard of Ashdown but a colleague in another organisation recommended them and gave me details including rates. The rates are very competitive and more importantly I felt they were fair whereas I had to negotiate terms with other agencies down to at least half their standard rate I could work with Ashdown on their standard rates.
My only regret is that I didn’t use them as sole agency and get their discounted rate. I found the service from The Ashdown Group to be second to none, my partner works in the recruitment business so I have a very good insight of what can be done and what to expect – I can only praise Ashdown as they truly delivered a service that I would expect (they bothered to find out about the role, the candidates we wanted and they then matched these needs effectively).
They sent me an excellent range of candidates within a tight deadline, on time and with complete applications as we required. We were able to shortlist five of these candidates where as the other agencies all missed the deadline and then tried to give me excuses as to why. I would strongly recommend Ashdown to any organisation (as I have already done) and will certainly use them again when needs require."
