We have a new opportunity to hire an IT Support Analyst with at least 3 years commercial experience working within a Windows based environment. This role will be based in my clients Head Office, near Solihull, West Midlands and paying a salary of £18,000 per annum.
You will join a small IT team of 5 supporting the companies IT hardware, software and telecommunications infrastructure both at their Head Office and 200+ stores within the retail sector. Your role will maintain, support and assist with the design the company’s infrastructure made up of Windows NT/2000/2003/XP, MS Office and Exchange Server. Considered candidates will be required to have sound knowledge of networking in a LAN and WAN environment, VPN’s, Cisco, telecommunications, server and PC technologies including VMware.
Candidates who have previous experience of EPOS support or have worked within a Merchandising environment will be highly desired.
Strong verbal and written communications will be prerequisite due to the high levels of remote support required.
