The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a FTSE 100 listed company, to help them recruit an HR Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of the operational functions and country management within this impressive Multinational organisation.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate at least 7 years experience as an HR Manager delivering HR leadership for functional management, talent acquisition and change management within a large International organisation, ideally in the Manufacturing, engineering or consultancy sector.
This dynamic organisation requires an HR Manager who has demonstrable experience leading and developing an HR team, has led and developed a Service Excellence model, and has worked in environments where local country HR deliver on behalf of the Global Division HR VPs. You will possess a can do approach with the energy and resilience required to deliver change effectively in a challenging, multicultural, multinational environment. You will be structured in approach and an effective communicator with strong business acumen.
You will be Educated to Degree level, possess the appropriate professional qualifications and HR training. This role will require extensive UK travel.
This role is offering a salary of up to £65,000 per annum a bonus and benefits package.
