ASH09608AC Head of Retention A market leading company within the financial services / insurance sector is looking for a Head of Retention to join their large marketing function. To be suitable for this role you will ideally be from a customer retention or loyalty marketing background. You must have a proven record of developing campaign strategies focused on customer retention and win-back as well as having strong analytical skills. You will have full ownership of the UK retention strategy for this internationally recognised brand.

The role will be focused on reviewing the current strategies in place as well as developing new campaigns for inbound and outbound retention to optimise long term value. You will be required to perform subsequent analysis and forecasting for these plans; managing budgets to ensure maximum renewals & profitability. You will work closely with Customer Insight and Product teams to understand customer behaviour, product performance and the marketplace.

Attention to detail is critical, as is the need to be numerate and analytical when investigating and controlling acquisition/retention costs. You will be working closely with all areas of the business including Call Centre teams and should also be knowledgeable in legal issues that affect marketing (particularly direct marketing) i.e. Data Protection, Mail Preference & Telephone Privacy.

• The salary on offer for this role is up to £60,000 basic plus £6250 car allowance, private healthcare and a 30% performance related bonus
