My client, an established company based in the manufacturing sector is looking to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their dedicated HR team. My client is particularly interested in candidates who are ambitious and looking to develop further as an HR professional.
Please note although based in the Uxbridge area of Middlesex (commutable from parts of Berkshire), there may be the occasional need to travel to another company site, ideally you will have access to your own transportation.
To be suitable for this position you MUST be educated to degree level and have previous commercial (private sector) experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer. The ideal candidate will have a Human Resources specific qualification, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or CIPD. You MUST also have previous experience within the engineering/manufacturing sector or at least a passion for this niche science based industry.
This is a generalist role supporting over 500 people in an engineering/manufacturing environment. The role will also focus on employment relations and industrial relations, please note that this is a unionised environment.
