A successful software house that has been operating for more than 25 years is looking to recruit a talented Application Support Consultant into their team due to continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation team by providing telephone and remote technical assistance for the organisation's SQL Server based products.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in a Helpdesk Analyst, Application Support Engineer, Software Consultant, SQL Programmer or similar role, ideally supporting a bespoke application. It is essential to have detailed knowledge of MS SQL Server, including SQL scripting and ideally the delivery of data fixes, file take-ons, views, triggers and stored procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a software house environment, but this is not essential.

• Paying a basic salary of £28,000 plus benefits including 20 days annual leave (rising to 25)
• Located in the Banbury area, Oxfordshire (commutable from Northamptonshire, Warwickshire as well as parts of Buckinghamshire and Gloucestershire)
