A large and well established multi-site company is looking for a HR Administrator to join their shared services team.
The aim of this role will be to support the Human Resources Team in providing a professional and customer focused service to the companies UK base.
In addition to providing a comprehensive HR administrative function the role also requires exposure to HR generalist matters including employees relations, recruitment administration, disciplinary procedures, grievances and performance management. To be suitable for this role you MUST be passionate, driven, highly organised, proactive in your approach, able to work autonomously and be able to prioritise tasks.
A CIPD or part CIPD qualification would be highly beneficial as knowledge of policies and procedures are key. However the company does offer funding for CIPD or additional training so please still apply if you are a strong HR Administrator looking to progress your HR career. This offers a fantastic opportunity to work within an exceptionally busy multi-site environment. You MUST be prepared to travel to various sites in and around the London/Hertfordshire area.
HR professionals with previous experience of working within a "shared service" function across multiple sites will be of particular interest.
The salary for this HR Administrator / HR Assistant position is between £23,000 to £25,000 depending on experience plus a competitive benefits package - 20 days holiday, rising to 25 after 12 months service, Life Assurance (3 time salary), pension scheme 5% employer contribution, childcare vouchers, discounted dental plan
This position would suit an experienced HR Administrator or HR Advisor who is looking to progress their career within HR. Please do NOT apply if you have no previous commercial HR experience.
• Please NOTE that this role will initially be Central London based but you will have to visit other sites around North London / Hertfordshire which have limited public transport links.
