A large multinational organisation requires a graphic designer with commercial experience of end-to-end production of print processes. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment and you will work closely with both the large technical team and the marketing department.
The projects you will work on will include: brochures, marketing material, reports and these will be for a corporate environment. You must have a strong eye for design & detail with the ability to understand and adhere to brand guidelines.
The successful candidate will be working on multiple internal and external projects throughout the full project lifecycle from inception to successful completion.
This role is likely to suit a graduate in a relevant discipline i.e. Marketing, Design and Communications and would be a great opportunity for an individual with some commercial experience to take the next step in their career.
To be suitable for this role it is essential that you have solid commercial skills with all of the following:
• Adobe Creative Suite Skills
• Excellent experience designing for print & fluency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash
• Mac and PC proficient
The majority of the work will be print based however you will also have the occasional opportunity to produce designs for use on the web and with MS Office presentations.
It would support your application should you have any experience with web standards and usability, HTML and CSS.
You will be expected to produce examples of your print design work at interview.
• Offering a basic salary of £28-33,000 pa plus substantial benefits
