ASH09751DO HR Manager A multinational company is looking for an accomplished HR Manager to join its dynamic team.

You will deliver a proactive HR service, offering support and advice on a wide range of issues including employment law and performance management. You will also have a thorough knowledge of recruitment practices and internal HR policies and will disseminate this information throughout the organisation.

In order to be suitable for this role you MUST be a CIPD qualified HR Manager with experience in the manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR at the manufacturing site and must therefore have solid generalist experience and the personal confidence to work in a standalone role. In addition to your HR focussed responsibilities you will oversee the site’s administration and manage 2 direct reports.
