ASH09729DD CRM Manager An excellent new opportunity has arisen for a marketing professional to join a hugely successful organisation.

In order to be suitable you must have proven experience of working in a CRM and Direct Marketing role, with experience of leading and developing a small team. You must also demonstrate knowledge of the digital print process and the data protection act.

Your remit will be to research, devise and implement a CRM plan, which will focus on customer retention, re-engagement, promotional material and loyalty programmes. Marketing will be B2C and run via digital channels such as email and SMS campaigns, so experience in this area is essential.

You will be measured on a variety of indicators based on customer volume and loyalty, coupled with uptake and sales of promotional packages.

Your communication skills, both written and verbal, must be impeccable as you will be expected to produce quality documentation and liaise with all levels of the business.

This is an excellent starting point within a highly regarded business and an opportunity to work with a household name. The salary on offer with the position is up to £35,000 plus benefits. The company has parking and a free gym on site.
