Reference: ASH09609SG Title: IT Governance Manager Description: IT Governance Manager – Oxford, Oxfordshire – up to £50,000. Our client is looking to add an IT Governance Manager to their team and is seeking an experienced project manager to take the post.

Based within the head office of a multinational business you will take responsibility for the design, implementation and improvement of the business’s governance of IT. This is an enterprise size environment and the role focuses on reporting and the processing of risk.

To be suitable you should have significant experience of working in IT governance. This may have been achieved within an IT environment or as part of your role in a large scale IT project.

It is expected that you will have a strong academic background, ideally degree level educated and have a solid understanding of business analysis, change management, process engineering and a track record of successfully leading and motivating in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

You will possess proven leadership ability and be a team player who influences effectively at all levels across a complex, multi-divisional business with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a complex, multi-divisional international business and possess superior analytical, evaluative and problem-solving ability.
