Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMO Administrator to take a pivotal position within a global leading media firm. Due to expansion and a continued heavy project work load my client has created a new position to work alongside experienced Business Analysts, Project Managers and Systems Analysts in a centralised IT Projects team.
To be suitable for this position you will be highly organised and have a methodical & detailed approach. You will be an experienced PMO Coordinator with experience in Agile Scrum / Prince 2 methodology and MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook).
You will be responsible for:
• Working with the team’s Project Managers and Business Analysts to keep its project data accurate and up to date
• Working with the IT management team to capture and report on team resources and produce capacity plans
• Managing the project portfolio risks and issues and ensure appropriate escalation as required
• Supporting the team with capturing pipeline project information and following the department’s project request processes
• The audit of internal project team processes and procedures, and highlighting any follow up actions to the Project Managers
• Producing and distributing weekly portfolio reports using the Portfolio software and MS Excel
